Stunt actress?

Zoe fell off the bed this morning!!!!!  I left her asleep in our bed for a quick bathroom run (I was only gone about one minute) and as I was about to flush the toilet, I hear a loud THUD!!!!  I was mortified and ran back to the bed .... I found Zoe lying on her back next to the night stand with a stunned look on her face.  It was only when I worriedly picked her up that she started to cry.  After holding her for a few seconds, she stopped crying altogether ... I was soooo scared something was broken and I kept looking at her to see if she was ok.  Even though I wasn't supposed to pick her up due to my surgery, I didn't care.  All I wanted to do was hold her and comfort her.  She seemed fine (it was mommy that was a hot mess) and I just kept thanking God and her guardian angels for keeping her safe.  I couldn't believe how quickly she woke up and "crawled" to the edge of the bed!!!  No more leaving her unattended ... PERIOD!!! I felt so incredibly guilty and vowed that I wouldn't sneak away for even 2 seconds anymore while she was sleeping (or awake for that matter).  It's going to take some adjustment now that Zoe is so mobile.  I keep forgetting that she's no longer one or two months old ... time to keep up with the times!  Seriously though, thank you Lord for protecting my baby!
