Visiting Fr. Francis + play date with Tash!

My family decided to pay a little visit to Fr. Francis for mass today at his new parish Nativity Church.  It was so great to see him again (we really really really really really miss Fr. Francis) and it was nice to see him in his new element.  The people there seem to love him already and were all mesmerized by his homily.  The vibe at the church was cool too -- it was the only English mass of the day out of the 4 masses offered and the music had an awesome gospel vibe to it.  We took up the entire front row and I know Fr. Francis was pretty pumped to have us all there as well.  Hopefully we can visit him more often!!!

After church, my family headed out to Regent Seafood in Chinatown for some delicious grub.  As a gift to me (and maybe becuase she knew it was Labor Day weekend) Zoe actually slept through our entire meal, leaving me to eat uninterrupted!!!  What a luxury!!!  As much as I love taking care of Zoe, it is very rare that I have some "me time" -- especially during meals!  I usually have to eat later than everyone else and feed her first or try to feed her and me at the same time.  What a great boss!!! That was totally a treat for me =) ... 

As if the day couldn't get any better, when we got back to Sunbeam, Ninang Tasha paid us a visit!  We haven't seen Tash in a while since she left for Seattle for her sister's wedding.  It was great to see her again and I know Zoe always loves spending time with her ninang.  Tasha also brought us back some yummy chocolate for her sister and bro-in-law's shop and also a cute Pike's Market onesy for Zo-Zo bear =).
