Even though it seems like it was just yesterday, it appears that Isabelle has graduated HIGH SCHOOL!!! I can't believe four years went by so fast (actually, I think I
can believe it since time seems to always be going ten times faster than usual lately).
It was great to be a part of the graduation festivities (baccalaureate mass on Friday and graduation ceremony on Saturday followed by a grad party at the house). Zoe definitely had a blast and a little part of me couldn't help but allow my imagination to go wild as I pictured my little girl in a cap and gown ... after I found myself getting kind of sad at the thought of Zoe growing up so fast, I had to take a long hard look at my tiny little girl and reassure myself that Mike and I have a LONG way to go (thank goodness!) ... Phew!
We are so proud of Isabelle and know that she will do great at a university. She is super talented, beautiful and can do just about anything she sets out to do ... so much more adventure awaits her and we are so blessed to be able to be a witness to it all! (It's hard to imagine that I first met Isabelle when she was just five years old!!)
