Isabelle's Debut

Isabelle's big day finally arrived!  It's been months of planning (and stressing) on the Salcedo family and I'm glad everything turned out well.  Mike was the emcee for the evening (I was his ghost writer ... good thing I'm great at lame jokes!) and it was so fun to celebrate with family and friends.  Monsignor Kevin did an amazing opening prayer that really set the tone for the entire evening.

Zoe, of course, had a grand old time!  She LOVES being around lots of people and having so many family and friends oogle over her is right up her alley =) ... since she was supposed to be the mini version of Isabelle, she, too, had two different dresses for the evening.  She looked absolutely adorable in both of them and she really carried herself well throughout the entire evening.  She even danced with all the cousins!!  In between her dancing, she decided to parade around the dance floor ... everyone was very impressed at her "walking" skills at such a young age.  It was so great to see her having a good time (hey - my kid knows a good party when she sees one).

All in all, the evening was great.  Isabelle looked absolutely beautiful and her cotillion court did a great job.  I can't wait until my little girl has her debut! Actually, with how quickly time is flying already, I think I can wait!  Nonetheless, I'm excited to be able to provide this wonderful tradition for my baby girl one day ...

Here are the pictures of the fabulous evening:

The father-daughter dance was so cute!

These two are soooo grown up!

The Pink Ladies!

Someone's getting cranky ... I don't blame her -- most babies aren't
partying it up until 11 pm!
