Playdate with the CCC kids!

Zoe had a blast today!!!  She had a play date with six of her buddies from our CCC group! Jesse and Elisa were nice enough to host the playdate at their home in Covina.  The kids had a blast running around in the yard and just being kids. The parents enjoyed each other's company, too, along with yummy sandwiches and drinks.  It's always so fun to see Zoe interacting with other kids -- especially these kids.  Through our monthly meetings and FB postings, I feel like I really know who these kids are and it's great to know that Zoe already has a wonderful network of friends-in-Christ =).  I LOVE that our CCC group has gotten so close ... even those couples without babies are just as close to us as those that do have babies.  It's just a wonderful dynamic all throughout and the group has really been a great blessing to our lives (and marriage!).  Mike and I have learned so much about life and marriage through the sharing of stories/lessons by the other couples that we consider the CCC an invaluable part of our lives.

And here's the video footage of the kids.  We had the hardest/funniest time trying to get all the kids to sit still for a photo (the only baby not featured in the group photo is Enrico since he was napping).  PS: I LOVE that Zoe rocked a scarf!!!  She didn't try to take it off once!!! I was the one who took it off since I didn't want her getting crumbs on it and figured she would be more comfortable running around getting her play on sans a boho scarf =) ... but still, how awesome is it that she's such a fashionista?!  I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

Later in the evening, Zoe had ANOTHER playdate (I swear this girl's social calendar is way better than mine!) ... this time it was with Ninang Tasha and Lawrence.  She was being so funny with them during their visit ... she kept feeding them invisible snacks and had a huge case of the giggles for some reason =).   Here's the video:
