Starfish strikes again!

Zoe has been eating all kinds of table food these days ... and, because she no longer just eats "mush" and loves to eat meat and all kinds of other things, her bowel movements have been ... difficult lately.  She loves to eat but with all that eating comes some consequences.  Like she's literally stuck between a rock and a hard place ;-).  I try my best to combat these difficult "bm's" by giving her prune juice or plenty of liquid, but sometimes, it's just not enough.  Her little stomach is trying desperately to keep up with her appetite and learn how to process all these new foods.  Today, Wowa was gracious enough to catch one of her challenging bm's on camera (poor baby).  Zoe's famous starfish face started making an appearance (hint: her poo face looks like a smiling starfish for some reason) ... so Wowa started clicking away at her camera. Yes she was in a lot of pain to get that poop out, but she looked too darn cute to not get any footage.  Hopefully Zoe forgives us in the future for all this invasion of her privacy =).  Hey -- we're only doing it for posterity's sake =)

Oh the many joys of motherhood =) ...

Another funny/not-so-funny thing that happened today was Zoe got her FIRST KISS!!!! Ahhhhhhhhhhh!  It started innocently enough ... I was holding Zoe and mom was holding Grayson ... we kept telling Zoe to blow a kiss at Grayson (which he happily did) ... then we told her to give Grayson a kiss on the cheek (which she happily did) ... THEN, Tita Bot says "How about you Grayson? Where's your kiss?"  Grayson then looked at Zoe and planted one RIGHT ON HER LIPS!!! Talk about AGGRESSIVE! We were all shocked and after about a moment or two of silence we all started cracking up!!!  It was the funniest and cutest and not-so-funny/not-so-cute moment ever! Lol!!!  Luckily Tita Bot, with her every trusty camera, got the smooch on film ... I quickly ran the camera over to Mike, Liz and Nelson and they all had the same shocked/happy/funny/scared reaction we had ... I swear -- kids are sooooo funny!! Of course the two of them had no idea what just happened and were wondering why there parents were all acting like crazy people ... here's some pics of the "innocent kisses" ... I still have to get my hands on the "real" smooch on the lips and will post it soon.  Wouldn't it be funny if these two actually got married and we showed the picture during their reception?!?! Ok ... getting ahead of myself ...
