By some great miracle, I am done packing for our 25 day trip to Asia! Those that know me know that I am a heavy heavy packer ... Which means Zoe is also a heavy heavy packer :/ . We've never been away for this long before so naturally, I packed almost everything that's "Asia weather friendly" for both me and Z. The only kicker is I also have to pack 250+ diapers (she goes through 7-10 diapers/day). Sure I could buy diapers in Asia, but I figure it would be more expensive or different quality. We also ended up getting small gifts for our family in Jakarta, Singapore and Manila. Luckily, we got everything to fit and make weight (phew!)
Jeric is our designated house sitter while we're away so at least we don't have to worry about our place during our vacation (unless of course he ends up burning our house down!). We prepared an extensive "to do" list for him so hopefully he'll be ok ...
Even though I'm slightly nervous about the 17 hr flight, I am super super excited for this trip. I can't wait to introduce Zoe to our relatives and to show her more parts of the world. She's such a great traveller and I have no doubt she'll love her new adventure ... Not to mention the "air-Payne"!
