Do Not Be Afraid I Am With You ...

God must really really love me ... today at the 12:10 mass at the Cathedral, the cantor sang the song "Do Not Be Afraid" as an extra gift from the Lord to assure me that everything would be ok. I couldn't help but cry when I heard that song because I knew God did that just for me. I was so incredibly touched by the Lord's sweet gesture ... without me even knowing it, it was exactly what I needed to hear : "DO NOT BE AFRAID I AM WITH YOU. I HAVE CALLED YOU EACH BY NAME. IN THE SHADOW OF THE NIGHT, I WILL BE YOUR LIGHT ..." It was so beautiful! I turned to Mike and I think the song helped him as well!

After mass, we went to go see Monsignor Kevin for one final blessing before going to the hospital. He was so excited for his god daughter to be born that he announced to all the volunteers that his god daughter was going to be born today. He even kissed my belly!!! It was really cute to see him so gitty!

With the huge breakfast we had at Bea Bea's earlier in the morning, I was all set to go to the hospital. The doctor's required I not eat anything 8 hours prior to surgery, so Mike and I had an early but nice breakfast. I thought I'd be hungry (I am still pregnant after all) or Zoe would be pissed at me, but surprisingly, I was ok! Now let's go to Huntington Memorial and get to meeting Zoe already!!!
