For now, I will secretly adore the sound of "nyyoooo" and pretend that I don't like her saying that word =).

Nyoooooo
All the baby books/websites I've read have repeatedly advised against using the word "no" when it comes to talking to you child. They suggest to redirect the child's focus to something else, instead of saying "No, don't do that". They say if you use the word "no" too much, the child ends up using that word against you -- i.e. "go to sleep ... NO NO NO NO". Lately, Zoe has picked up the word "no" and it's meaning. Although I was initially afraid of her saying that word too much, I was pleasantly surprised to find it soooo cute to hear!!! I know it will probably bite me in the butt later, but I kind of like hearing her say the word "no". She says it so sweet ... it's more of a "nyyyyoooo". Not gonna lie, I kind of love it =). Hopefully she doesn't wise up and use it as a weapon!!
