Summer playdate with Grayson

We had a great time today with Nelson, Elizabeth and Grayson!!! It had been a while since we all got together, so the Lee Family invited us to their home for a nice lunch and play date for the kids!  Liz made amazing pizzas and Nelson bought some delicious gelato to go with the Italian sodas we brought =).  It was nice to be able to catch up and just hang out.  We are so blessed to have met Liz and Nelson through CCC ... I can still remember our initial meeting during baptism orientation (both Liz and I were very much pregnant and wanted to attend the class before we gave birth and got too busy).  We've all come a long way since that evening and it's been great to share this adventure of parenthood (and marriage) with them!  We have learned a lot just by being their friends and I am so excited to be able to continue to develop our friendship through the years.  It's wonderful that Zoe has someone so close in age to "grow" with ... what a wonderful love story it will be when the two of them eventually get married (parents could only hope, right?!).  But seriously ... they make such a cute little couple!!!
